Vaporum: Lockdown

Vaporum: Lockdown is a first-person, grid-based dungeon crawler set in a richly detailed steampunk world, serving as a prequel to the acclaimed Vaporum. Players step into the shoes of Ellie Teller, a scientist caught in the midst of a mysterious research project located on an isolated oceanic tower known as Arx Vaporum. After a catastrophic event leaves her trapped, Ellie must navigate the tower’s deadly corridors, unraveling secrets and battling hostile enemies to survive and find a way out. The game’s atmosphere draws inspiration from classic titles like Dungeon Master and Eye of the Beholder while incorporating modern design elements reminiscent of Legend of Grimrock. Gameplay combines real-time combat with a unique Stop Time mechanic, requiring players to carefully plan their moves against foes with distinct abilities and attack patterns.
