Frequently asked questions
Open a question for a short, practical answer.
Getting started What do I need before starting a download?
Check the game page for Windows and hardware requirements, confirm that you have enough free storage, and install a trusted application that can open magnet links. Only download software you are legally permitted to access.
Downloads What is a magnet link?
A magnet link passes download information directly to your transfer application. It avoids a separate torrent file and should ask which compatible application you want to use.
Downloads Why does the Download button do nothing?
Your browser may not have permission to open magnet links, or Windows may not have a default application assigned to them. Open your transfer application first, allow the browser prompt, or paste the magnet link into the application manually.
Performance Why is a download slow or stuck?
Transfer speed depends on peer availability, your network, and your application settings. A title with very few active peers may remain slow even when your connection is working normally.
Security What should I do if security software shows a warning?
Do not blindly bypass the warning or disable protection. Keep the file quarantined, scan it, verify its source, and run it only when you understand and accept the risk. Never download replacement DLL files from random websites.
Game setup Where can I find the system requirements?
Each game page includes a System Requirements section below the screenshots. Compare the operating system, processor, memory, graphics, DirectX, and storage requirements with your computer before downloading.
Launcher Can I use the Games Launcher instead?
Yes. The Games Launcher provides a separate way to browse the larger library. Use the Get Launcher button in the site header to download the current Windows installer.
Files What if files are incomplete or corrupted?
Use your transfer application’s recheck or verify command. It should compare the local data with the transfer record and retrieve only missing pieces. Also confirm that the destination drive has enough space and is healthy.
