Her ordinary days take a dramatic turn when she is gifted with magical powers by two mysterious sisters, Yuzu and Lime, enabling her to transform into a “Reflector.” In this new role, Hinako balances her everyday school experiences with the responsibility of protecting the world from destructive forces, all while pursuing dreams she once thought she had to abandon. Gameplay in BLUE REFLECTION weaves together the familiar rhythms of school life with exploration and combat in a parallel realm known as the Common. During the day, players advance the narrative and forge deeper connections with fellow students through various social interactions and activities. When night falls, Hinako ventures into the Common to gather items, undertake missions, and confront enemies in turn-based battles. These encounters often involve battling powerful entities called Sephira, which emerge throughout the story and challenge Hinako’s resolve. Progressing through the cycle of daily life and supernatural encounters, players experience a blend of heartfelt storytelling, character development, and strategic combat as Hinako strives to save the world and reclaim her own hopes for the future.
