Ammo and Oxygen is a roguelike shooter blended with survival elements, set on a mysterious and hostile alien planet. Players explore diverse environments such as abandoned stations, sprawling dungeons, treacherous canyons, eerie swamps, and frozen permafrost in an effort to uncover the secrets behind the planet’s unsettling events. Each encounter is tense and unforgiving, requiring careful aim, quick reflexes, and strategic resource management. Ammunition is scarce, and every shot counts, especially since triggering explosions or alarms can attract deadly creatures lurking in the shadows. The game’s atmosphere grows more intense after dark, adding a layer of horror to the survival challenge as players must carefully manage oxygen levels, flashlight batteries, and weapons to endure the night. The gameplay revolves around a rich progression system, featuring a wide array of weapons and equipment ranging from pistols and assault rifles to katanas and energy shields. Players can craft unique weapons using special recipes and find upgrades that enhance both their gear and character abilities. A cozy hub serves as a safe zone where players can upgrade their arsenal, trade in shops, and prepare for the next expedition. Ammo and Oxygen supports solo play or cooperative sessions for up to four players, encouraging teamwork through shared resources and coordinated combat.
