Progression in Tribes of Midgard centers on leveling up, acquiring rare runes, and customizing your character with abilities granted by the Norse gods, allowing for diverse playstyles. The game encourages exploration through quests, dungeons, sailing, and even fishing, creating a rich world full of activities beyond combat. Cooperative multiplayer supports up to 10 players, enabling tribes to build and defend thriving Viking settlements together, with difficulty scaling based on the number of participants.
