As the group’s captain, you must carefully manage scarce resources such as food, medication, and equipment while balancing the physical and mental health of your party members. The game challenges you to protect your team from despair and madness as you explore this hostile environment, scavenging and crafting vital supplies to ensure their survival. The story unfolds through a non-linear narrative that emphasizes player choice, offering 34 different endings shaped by complex moral dilemmas and the relationships between your characters. You’ll get to know Petra, the courageous leader; Sinh, a pragmatic fighter; Kali, an optimistic scholar; and Nadir, a cautious scout, each bringing their own perspectives and tensions to the journey. With each playthrough lasting around two hours, Ashwalkers encourages multiple runs to uncover new paths and outcomes.
