Éalú is a unique point-and-click puzzle adventure that invites players into a beautifully crafted, stop-motion world centered on a small clockwork mouse trapped within a labyrinthine stone and wood maze. Awaking in its cozy nest, the mouse dreams of freedom beyond the maze’s twisting corridors, but to escape, it must navigate through locked doors, cryptic puzzles, and hidden dangers. The game emphasizes careful observation, thoughtful problem-solving, and a touch of hope as players guide the mouse from the maze’s heart to its outer edges, uncovering secrets and piecing together the subtle story woven beneath the surface. Created by a dedicated four-person team, Éalú stands out for its painstakingly handcrafted aesthetic, with over 500 frame-by-frame stop-motion animations produced using real sets and physical props, brought to life through the Unity engine.
