Enshrouded invites players into the haunting world of Embervale, a realm devastated by a mysterious pestilence unleashed by past generations in their quest for forbidden power. As the land lies shrouded in darkness and decay, you must explore diverse and atmospheric biomes—from the sun-baked Kindlewastes to the eerie depths of the Revelwood—to uncover the secrets of lost civilizations and forgotten legends. Beneath the ruins and within the ever-present Shroud, a tale of magic, ruin, and redemption unfolds, challenging you to awaken the ancient Flame and restore hope to a broken world. Gameplay centers around survival, exploration, and intense combat, allowing you to craft your own journey as a Wizard, Ranger, or Warrior. The game features a robust voxel-based building system, enabling you to construct intricate structures that not only provide shelter but also house NPCs who unlock workshops and advanced crafting options. Through scavenging and battling corrupted factions and fearsome bosses, you’ll gather resources to forge and upgrade legendary weapons and armor, honing skills with sword, shield, staff, or bow. Enshrouded also supports multiplayer co-op for up to 16 players, encouraging teamwork to raid, build, and fight the relentless Fell hordes together.
