Game Overview
Ex Natura: Nature Corrupted is a dark fantasy souls-like game set in a mysterious, nature-themed world during a "pre-human" era. Players take on the role of Elrih, the God of Air, as he embarks on a perilous journey from the depths of ancient dungeons all the way to the heights of the clouds. The game’s story unfolds around a long-forgotten conflict between Elrih and Gûl, a malevolent force seeking to destroy the World Tree—a source of life and balance on a dust-covered planet. After a war that led to the rise of humanity and the imprisonment of Gûl beneath the World Tree, a cult breaks the seal and unleashes chaos once more. Elrih must now confront this renewed threat to save the corrupted natural world. Gameplay in Ex Natura blends challenging combat with strategic progression and exploration. Players face a variety of powerful foes and epic bosses that demand mastery of both physical attacks and magic. A dynamic skill tree allows customization of Elrih’s abilities to suit different playstyles, encouraging players to evolve their combat approach. Preparation is key, as gathering herbs and crafting potions provide vital support in battles. Beyond combat, the game invites players to explore diverse biomes filled with environmental puzzles and platforming challenges that enrich the experience. With its atmospheric storytelling, progressively difficult encounters, and a richly crafted world, Ex Natura offers a compelling journey through a corrupted yet enchanting natural realm.
