In "Grow Up," players take on the role of BUD, a charming and slightly wobbly robot on a mission to repair his spaceship, MOM, after it shatters across a vibrant alien planet. This lush world is teeming with exotic plants and curious creatures, offering a visually stunning playground filled with surprises at every turn. As BUD, you’ll explore diverse environments, from sprawling fields to floating islands, each brimming with life and unique challenges. The story revolves around reassembling MOM’s scattered parts to get back to the safety of the moon, all while uncovering the mysteries of this strange new world. Gameplay in "Grow Up" emphasizes freedom of movement and creative problem-solving. BUD can transform into a rolling ball to speed across terrain, bounce with a springy boost, or glide gracefully between sky islands using a Power Glider. Players also gain access to the Floradex 3000, a device that lets BUD grow various plants to overcome obstacles, creating new paths and opportunities. Along the way, you’ll befriend POD, a quirky companion who helps guide your journey. Riding enormous Starplants to reach otherwise inaccessible heights adds another layer of fun and exploration.
