The adventure begins on Three Tower Island, named for its iconic structures, and expands across four diverse islands, each filled with sprawling dungeons, hidden caves, and challenging secrets to uncover. Players assemble a party of four adventurers, carefully selecting from a wide range of races and classes, including options like Barbarians, Mages, Rangers, and Necromancers. Each character can be customized with unique portraits, voices, and personalities, allowing for a personalized party dynamic. Progression is driven by leveling up, which grants attribute points and skill points that players can invest to enhance their characters' strengths, from combat abilities to magical powers and utility skills like lock picking or meditation. Gameplay centers around exploration and tactical turn-based combat, with players navigating over twenty dungeon levels filled with traps, puzzles, and increasingly complex challenges. The dungeons test both strategic planning and problem-solving, requiring careful attention to avoid deadly traps and unlock secrets. Along the way, players gather treasures and uncover clues to identify and ultimately confront the source of the spreading darkness.
