You awaken in a dimly lit room, suffering from a pounding headache and trapped by George Dinescu, a dangerous psychopath who stalks the shadowy halls. Your only source of light is a flashlight, and your goal is to find keys and other items scattered throughout the house to unlock the sealed exit door. Time is limited—you have five hours to solve a series of puzzles and evade the relentless threat lurking nearby. Gameplay centers on stealth and careful observation, as the psychopath has heightened hearing and can be alerted by the slightest noise, such as a dropped object or creaking floorboard. You cannot fight back; survival depends on hiding, distraction, and quick thinking. An innovative speech recognition system allows you to use your microphone to divert the enemy’s attention or trigger specific in-game events, adding an immersive layer to the experience. Players can choose from three difficulty levels—Easy, Normal, and Hard—each offering a different intensity of challenge. Progression is further enriched through an in-game shop where coins earned by completing the game on various difficulties can be used to customize aspects of the experience.
