SHUTEN ORDER is set in a dystopian world on the brink of collapse, where a mysterious religious group called the Shuten Order has risen to power, eagerly anticipating humanity’s end. The story kicks off with a dramatic twist: the founder of this cult-like nation is brutally murdered during a grand festival. The protagonist awakens with no memory, only to learn from two enigmatic “angels” that they are the resurrected founder, granted only four days to solve their own murder. Taking on the alias Rei, the player must navigate a fractured city, interrogate suspects, and uncover hidden motives before time runs out. The narrative unfolds through five distinct storylines, each centered on one of the Shuten Order’s ministers, with choices that shape the outcome and reveal different facets of the mystery. Gameplay in SHUTEN ORDER is uniquely diverse, blending multiple genres to deliver a varied experience across these five routes.
