Players take on the role of an uncompliant process trapped in this corrupted environment, where generations of updates have twisted the inhabitants into hostile digital zombies. The game blends fast-paced combat with exploration, horror elements, platforming, and puzzle-solving as you navigate surreal, labyrinthine spaces inspired by the aesthetics of vaporwave, backrooms, and the eerie paintings of De Chirico. Throughout the experience, players uncover hidden messages left by surviving processes, revealing fragments of the world’s backstory and deepening the sense of a digital society slipping into ruin. Gameplay centers on battling various types of corrupted entities using the Process Termination Grenade Launcher, traps, and environmental hazards that can trigger explosive chain reactions.
