Zero Division

Zero Division is a tactical card-based RPG set in the ruined metropolis of Zerzura, a city devastated during a cataclysmic war between Artificial General Intelligences (AGIs). Now sealed off as an Exclusion Zone by powerful mega-corporations, Zerzura’s dangerous ruins are filled with hostile anomalies and valuable salvage, making it a perilous but lucrative battleground. Players assemble a crew of three operators chosen from nine unique characters, each belonging to one of three archetypes—Guardian, Assault, or Specialist. The game encourages diverse team compositions, allowing players to craft strategies that suit their playstyle. There is no single protagonist; rather, every operator has the opportunity to shine through the strategic use of customisable decks filled with signature and modular cards, blending deck-building with tactical combat. Combat revolves around intense encounters against multi-phase bosses inspired by MMO raid mechanics, challenging players to adapt and exploit card synergies for victory. The campaign mode guides players through several shattered districts of Zerzura, culminating in a showdown in the ominous Wargentin District. In addition, draft mode offers a fresh challenge by having players build decks from randomized data shards, facing an escalating gauntlet of bosses. Progression is supported by a meta-progression system where players earn Mnemosynth—synthetic memories that unlock new cards for future runs, allowing decks to grow stronger over time. With its mix of strategic deck-building, tactical combat, and atmospheric post-apocalyptic setting, Zero Division offers a deep, rewarding experience for fans of card-based strategy games.
